Designed and built by Sanctuary tech genius (and reluctant werewolf) Henry Foss, this device can scan and record a holographic image of a room and its entire contents in seconds, preserving it in exquisite detail for later analysis.  Seen in use in second season episode Fragments, where a puzzling crime scene holds the clue to an unexplained rampage by a previously docile Abnormal. 

Combination of two (or more?) Stanley London faux vintage brass mechanisms, with addition of electronics as seen in the episode, consisting of separately controlled: bluewhite illumination of the dual arm; rotation of the dual arm; rotation of the entire superstructure on the base; and illumination of the base light, which can be set for steady or shifting colors (with remote control). Includes latching cover as also seen onscreen.
