The Faceless Killer head mask was used in the production of 'Hellraiser Inferno' This incredible prosthetic head came directily from the special effects/makeup designer and is a one of kind.
This very realistic head is made of foam latex with enamel upper and lower teeth , the bottom set of teeth have a extended bracket that would fit into the actors mouth to allow full movement of the mouth and teeth.
An amazing one of a kind piece from this classic series of films.
