Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth (1992) - Pinhead face from column with barb wire coming out of the mouth with facial skin appliance on the end. This face was production made, but not screen used. Made of foam highly detailed and painted. Obtained from make up artist Joe Schultz. Head 13" x 8" x 8" = chain comes out 16".
