These magical stocks, created by Rasputin, kept Hellboy and his Right Hand of Doom captive until thrown off by his awakening as Anung un Rama.

There were at least two other sets of these dense foam, resin, and metal stocks made, including another on display at yourprops.com. The vertical bands hinge open from the top, allowing the stocks to open from the right.

In this shot, notice that the large crack in the lower stock, between the inscribed ring and the first vertical band, was already present when the piece was used onscreen; I had initially assumed that the damage occurred post production.
