This is the phone that Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins) uses when he wants to speak to his lawyer. He uses his knowledge of the phone's loopholes to call Dr. Alan Bloom's secretary instead and manipulates her into giving him Will Graham's (Edward Norton) home address.
