This is one of Doctor Hannibal Lecter's (portrayed by Mads Mikkelsen) Custom Made 3-Piece Suits screen worn in the most well-directed and artistically and asthetically shot shows on TV, Hannibal. In addition to the 3-piece suit, there outfit consists of a tie, shirt, pocket handkerchief and Hugo Boss brown leather shoes. The tie was not originally from this speciific suit but it was worn in a later epsiode with another suit. There were a variety of different suits custom made and fit for Mads as Hannibal. Suits like this one cost a small fortune to make and are what Hannibal is known best for in the show, besides eating people.
