The outfit consists of a white tropical button down shirt, white lounge pants, and brown leather shoes. Hector was the brother of co-terrorist Ramon Salazar and together they plotted to sell and unleash a deadly virus inside America's borders during season 3. Jack Bauer and CTU stopped at nothing to stop them. Jack went deep undercover to pose as an ally of the Salazar brothers. The Salazars were two of the classic villains in 24 history !
