This puppet is screen matched to the scene in which it attacks Allan based off of the wounds on the chest and the head. It was also used in the scene in which they are brought to life in the muffin pan. It is in the last row, first column. The puppet does still work if you pull on the cables coming out of it. So far I have discovered how to make her nod, blink and move her mouth.  It is constructed of resin with silicone heads over aluminum and steel and armatures. Also from the rear of the puppet the animatronic wires still remain that were used to control the puppet on screen. In the film they appear in a post-warfare state with various battle gashes repaired with staples, riveted bars, areas of burned and singed skin, etc. The neck was not broken upon purchase but broke during shipping. On the inside you can now see this figure was marked number 8 on the inside of the neck
