Following the Joker's surprise attack at Police Commissioner Loeb's funeral, Harvey Dent approaches an ambulance bearing one of the Joker's men, who was shot and caught in the chaos, intent on getting information out of him by any means necessary.

Embossed plastic license plate, with ambulance markings on the face, and residual adhesive from use on the reverse. The plate number is not clearly shown in the final cut of the film.
