The Big Bang Theory, Gorn Translator

This Gorn Translator was originally just a rare replica of an obscure prop from the original Star Trek episode ‘Arena’. The Big Bang Theory needed this item for a Gorn sight-gag in the episode 'The Apology Insufficiency' which aired on November 4, 2010. This item was loaned to the production and slightly modified by them for accuracy, filmed on 10/18/10, played back for the studio audience on 10/19/10, and then, during the backstage after-party, returned to its owner - me.
