Hero replica of the proton pack from Ghostbusters, mounted on an ALICE frame. Sounds include the power-up, firing and power down. There are four red lights which rotate in a clockwise direction on the bottom part of the pack. The material for these lights is a reflective material, so they all appear lit due to the flash. The LEDs for the proton stream are alternating red and blue.  Neutrona wand also features multiple lights.
