Here we have Dermot Crowley's beard prosthetic from Return of the Jedi (always thought it looked phony !!).
I met up with Dermot Crowley who was dead chuffed that it had survived, turns out that the beard was a last minute addition originating from the fact that Kenners advanced tooling for the action figure had been sculpted with a beard and it was cheaper to add a beard to the real Madine rather than re-tool the action figure !! So the cry went up at the last minute & Stuart Freeborn had to provide a beard pronto !
