This armor is cast fiberglass. This was used during filming. It has some scratches, scuffs, and chips. It has seen some battle, the back plate has some large battle scars. It looks like it was slashed with a sword (it 's scars are added to the surface, not actual scars). Win this auction and you will receive the exact item shown in these photos. It has 2 piece articulated shoulder armor and a cool braided wrap on the shoulder straps. It should be noted that one of the shoulder pieces is loose. It could easily be glued back in place. This was designed by Colleen Atwood the Academy Award winner in 2003 and 2006 for best costume design. It is adjustable and would fit most larger gorillas (it was designed to be worn over a large gorilla muscle suit and other armor).
