This is the silver necklace that Freya wears in the Season 1 episode "Today I Am a Witch" (1.03). Update of May 3, 2017: I just discoved that Alex, played by Michelle Hurd, has also worn a necklace like this one in episode 2.06 (When a Mandragora Loves a Woman).
