A two-piece ensemble consisting of a navy blue wool traditional military jacket with all of the relevant gold stripes, epaulettes, bars, and medals, label reading "Vincent Costumes, Inc./ New York City," and a pair of coordinating trousers. Also included are a black canvas belt and a black polyester clip-on necktie. Worn by Steve Martin as Freddy Benson.
"DRS is one of my favorite films. It turned out well, but the real joy was going to work everyday with Frank Oz, Michael Caine, and Glenne Headly. Glenne loved to laugh, and Michael was a raconteur extraordinaire. They inspired me to be funnier than I actually am."
