The Witches, Formula 86 Delayed Action Mouse Maker bottle

From the movie adaptation of Roald Dahl's children's book "The Witches".
I created this bottle in 3D using Google Sketchup then had it 3D printed in clear plastic by Shapeways. Once printed, I painted it with a deep blue transparent glass paint, and added light purple thread and the card label.
