This is a screen used stunt axe from the film “The Belko Experiment”.
It was used by Marty (Sean Gunn) and Leandra (Adria Arjona) in multiple scenes. It is used in the killing of Wendal Dukes (John C. McGinley).
The head of the axe is made of foam and the handle is made of wood. It is covered in stage blood stains.
