Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Ferengi makeup

The Ferengi head is supposed to be Nog's head, and the nose and cheeks applicance is from the character of "Rom". However, after carefully comparing photos of the two actors I now believe that both pieces are from the "Rom" character.
