After Paracelsus manages to wrest control of Claudia's own body from her in fifth season opener Endless Terror, he sends her to dispatch Pete and Steve with a variety of artifact weapons, including this grenade recovered from Adolf Hitler's final redoubt near the Reich Chancellery in Berlin. The grenade explodes twice when thrown.
