This is one of the Ezekiel's Wheel illustrations used in the production.
The scene is from Ezekiel, chapter 1, which depicts a vision of, among other things, flying wheels with creatures inside.
The rip to the left-hand side of the illustration was actually done to both of these props. Also, notice the slight difference in coloration.
