Labyrinth, Eye-moss replica from The Labyrinth

I made this replica by wrapping sponge around copper tubes which I had stuck Baby-Born doll eyes onto. Once wrapped up, I ripped tiny bits of sponge off of the entire surface to give a rough texture.
Individual stalks were stuck into a blob of clay which was then baked. The entire thing was then painted in greens, browns, blue and yellow. Finally, real lichen was hotglued to the eye-stalks.
