Doctor Who, Execution Warrant

This is the 5th Doctor's execution warrant used in "Arc of Infinity: Part Two" which aired on January 04, 1983. The paper has hardened and discolored over the years but the custom writing is a perfect screen match. You never see the front of the scroll on screen but you can clearly see through the back while Lord President Borusa (Leonard Sachs) is reading it aloud. The metal band that secures the scroll is an extra special piece. It was held by Commander Maxil who was played by Colin Baker.... 14 months before he officially becomes the 6th Doctor!!!
