Survivor New Zealand: Thailand, Eve Vote from Matt

From the 2nd "Survivor New Zealand" season, filmed in "Thailand" is Matt's tribal council vote against Eve from ep11 on day 31. Eve was voted out at this tribal council.

 

The vote was seen on screen and matches up perfectly. The charcoal has kind of rubbed/duplicated from being folded up.
