The skin is silicone with a fibreglass chassis and vacuformed clear ribcage.There are many led lights throughout the cavity with a pulsing removable heart\cooling unit.There is a pump to move blood through the veins,and an operating lung system.Overall an amazing piece. A fine example of the FX art.
