This is an LCARS panel from the Bridge of the Enterprise. It was seen in Series 7 Episode 5 - "Gambit part II". In the scene, Data points out to Geordie and Worf a readout on the screen which was animated in post production to look like numbers are scrolling up the screen. This panel was then placed on set as a "placeholder" piece in the background so that the screen still looked like it had a readout.
