This is An Endgame Science Tricorder replica seen In the last Episode Of Star Trek Voyager.
This replica originally had no Sound and used 4 3V button Cell batteries.
When opened more than 40 LEDS come on in Sequence accurate to the ones on the show and
Has A looping scanning sound.
It runs on a Lithium Ion battery with its own charger. I have also had
a magnet installed to keep the door closed, and I believe that the body is resin cast.
I acquired this piece Off E-bay. This is A Federation Surplus Kit, and was built by Thad Grant. The Sound and Lithium Ion battery Was added later by David Christian.
