Emergency Evac sign used on the shuttle that Kirk and McCoy were in as they left earth. This sign is still attached to a piece of the shuttle, as they cut the piece out of the shuttle hull instead of trying to peel off the lettering. This prop appears to be vinyl lettering applied directly to the shuttle hull.
