Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Dyson CPU prototype as seen in T2

This is the object Miles Dyson is holding above the claymore mine remote.  It's in fact part of the larger CPU prototype, comprised of many squares and tubes.  In his final moments at Cyberdyne Miles is using the last of his strength to hold the CPU part up while he loses life with each breath.  Finally he knows he is expiring and drops the CPU part on the remote and the third floor of Cyberdyne is blown out.  In a deleted scene Dyson takes an axe to his CPU prototype and breaks it up into smaller pieces.  The theatrical version does not show this part and I think most people arent sure what the object is.
