Flash Gordon's Trip to Mars, Dr ZARKOV'S PARALYZER

I built this full scale replica based loosely on Doctor Zarkov's Paralyzer Ray as seen in the movie serial FLASH GORDON'S TRIP TO MARS.   I simplified my version of

the prop by omitting the vertical fin detail along the barrels at the front of the ray gun.  I also simplified the grip and trigger assemblies.  The main body contains a

battery pack and variable output digital sound-board which creates a humming sound and controls the pulse-rate of the dual LED beam emitters.  The entire model is

made of styrene plastic, styrene tubes, and glass & metal emitters, plus small metal canisters for the two top-side "power cells".
