Alice In Wonderland, Door to the Garden
made from scratch movie prop
This is a scratch made door to the garden seen in the 1951 Disney animated classic, “Alice in Wonderland.” The talking doorknob on the door was voiced by character actor Joseph Kearns (who also played Good Ol’ Mr. Wilson on the popular television series, “Dennis the Menace”). Alice had difficulty getting through the tiny doorway because she was too large. Once she shrank, she then found out the door was locked.
