The Toys R Us version of the Diamond Select TOS Communicator comes with a plastic grill, the spinning moire is pretty loud and visibly dark, making it easy to hear but hard to see. No where near the quality of the earlier DS Comms. Much more toy like. Still, it's a cool piece. Also, the extra Spock saying "Your signal is very weak; can you turn up your gain?" that was an EE exclusive has been enabled on it with a little internal mod. Modeled after the Master Replicas communicator.
