Case #19 most notably used by Melinda Tov for the majority of the first 3 seasons of NBC\'s Deal or No Deal (2005/2006/2007). The case was also used by other models temporarily, such as A.J. Almasi, Krisi Ballentine, and Kimberly Jean Krueger (season 1), and Amanza Smith, Heidi Lish, Lindsay Christiansen, and Kasie Head (season 4). Kasie Head used the case in the series finale in 2008.
