This hero costume was worn by Malcolm Mcdowell in his role as Dr. Samuel Loomis in Rob Zombie's Halloween 2. This costume can be seen in two scenes in the film. First is where Loomis is almost killed while signing autographs for his new book, and second is in the next scene where he's in his limo.
