High tech dart gun containing the first weaponized form of the 'cure' to mutation, an antibody capable of permanently suppressing the mutant X gene.  Although the cure was supposed to be voluntary, Magneto's discovery of this 4-shot pistol revealed the government's true intentions, driving many mutants into the Brotherhood.
