Jeepers Creepers 2, Creeper prototype Screamer knife

Said to be carved from human bone..this is the complete finished prototype of the Creepers Scream knife as seen in Jeepers Creepers 2 and later replicated by Factory X.
The knife is highly detaled and has a resin removable blade, the overall size of the knife is 12" end to end. The "Screamer" dagger depicts what looks to be a poor tortured soul, wailing in agony.
