This is a screen used "Glyph" from the deleted battlefield scene in Jeepers Creepers 2.
These can be seen on one of the shields that can be spotted laying in the sand, when they attempted to battle the Creeper hundreds of years in the past.
This scene can be found on the DVD special features. The scene was deleted because it was to difficult to go back and explain that the Creeper has been surfacing every 23 years for hundreds of years and that this was not the only Creeper.
