Star Trek V: The Final Frontier, Communicator

This is a rare static replica of the communicator seen in Star Trek: V. Although not clearly seen in the movie, this replica was based on many pictures of the screen used pieces from various sources. At Shatner's request, the view screen-like area had a bright light installed so it would light up the grill and the actor's face. This also required an external battery pack that was wired through the actor's sleeve.

This resin replica features a one part brass antenna with accurate hex screws, correct buttons with custom/screen accurate graphics and styrene greebles and aluminum reflective moire screen.
