Soldier, Church's screen matched bloody "Death" shirt

This is Gary Busey's screen matched, bloody "Death Shirt". Not much available from this film. As you can see by the photo of the collar, it has a piece of white gaff tape with "take 2" written. I would assume that Gary got shot twice, with 2 different squibbed shirts. As seen in the screenshots, my shirt matches up perfectly with blood splatter marks.
