This original 1920's vintage mint green and yellow dot print silk blouse was worn by Angelina Jolie in her Oscar-nominated performance as Christine Collins in several scenes of the period thriller Changeling, directed by Clint Eastwood. This was worn in the heart-wrenching scene where she comes home from work to find her son missing and calls the police who respond by telling her she must wait until morning to see if he comes home before they can help her. This can also be seen while she is at work and the next day when the police arrive at her house. You can also see this blouse on the main page of the official Changeling website. This one of a kind piece was part of a vintage clothing rental collection that was rented by the costume designer for the production. It also includes the production costumers principal hold tag and a copy of the original wardrobe inventory which documents this garment as rented to "CHANGELING", Universal Studios/Imagine/Malpaso.
