A Chipped Argus Cube from J.J. Abrams 2011 sci-fi thriller, Super 8. In the film, a group of young kids filming a home movie witness a terrifying trail derailment, and subsequently begin to investigate the strange events that occur in their small town after a creature escapes from the wreckage. Argus cubes can be seen throughout the film and are first encountered when the children witness the wreckage of the derailed train. These cubes are individual components that when magnetically assembled, form a large alien spacecraft.
