This biscuit foam bust came from the Prop Store Rick Baker auction, and it a bust of Rick Bakers daughter, Veronica. The prosthetic over the bust is a very soft foam. On the back of the bust is the carved date “12-15-98.” This is an early concept of how Who children could have looked for the film, but down the road they learned the makeup process was too time consuming and only could have the kids for so many hours for filming, so they came up with “the kids just haven’t grown into their noses yet,” as an excuse.
