Stargate Atlantis, Chemiluminescent Flares

In fifth season episode Whispers, an Atlantis expedition team encounters a mysterious fog (at night) that disables their P90 tactical lights and other electric devices. They fall back to heavy duty glowsticks for illumination, which get a lot of screen time as the team fights a reawakened group of failed experimental Human-Wraith hybrids.

These devices are clearly meant to represent chemlights in the show, seen being shaken by Sheppard to activate them, and even bearing 'US ARMY ISSUE CHEMFLARE' stamped on the side of each spike. In reality (and pretty obviously onscreen), they're battery-powered multiLED flares. (Which would presumably be just as powerless as their other flashlights, although they'd still work great as impromptu daggers;)

Machined aluminum and acrylic, with 24 bright white LEDs on each, activated by screwing each top section down tightly.  Spikes can be interchanged for baton-style grips (included, but not seen onscreen).
