Here is the Airai challenge flag (orange) from season 16 of Survivor - "Micronesia" or commonly called "Fans vs Favorites'". This season aired in early 2008 and featured 20 players, 10 newbies playing for the first time vs 10 contestants who were brought back. This item was displayed at various reward and Immunity challenges throughout the season.
