Cast Away, Castaway Wilson (Hero Version) Prop Replica

I`ve been working on Wilson since the film came out and finally after many failed attempts... This is my Castaway Wilson (Hero Version) Prop Replica. By useing a ton of pictures of the original it is all aged by hand, the top cuts of the ball are matched to the one in the film. The correct "hair" has been added and placed tightly down inside the ball to give the look of the sides coming inside the cut to make it more fat on the sides just as seen in the film. The face of the ball is 150% Screen Accurate, many ageing Processes in the face and around the entire ball have been added for more accurate details. Even the creases in the ball have been aged as well just as seen in the film. The top cuts above the eyes will not curl, they have been modified to stay up and support the front of the hair and cuts. This particular Wilson is modified to look like the one in the scene when Chuck figures out how to make his wooden raft. This ball was Very Painstaking to do, modify and replicate. I thought it would look pretty cool if it came with a aged box, ageing the box itself took over 6 hours to age and complete.
