Survivor, Castaway Blue Buff

A Buff is what the contestants wear on Survivor which donates the team the player is on. Back in January CBS hosted a reunion to mark the 10th anniversary of the TV show Survivor. To mark the event the contestants and only the contestants were given blue "Castaway" buffs to wear which feature the logos from the first 20 seasons. This is one of the contestants buffs but can't reveal who as I haven't discussed it with them :)
This buff was obtained from a contestant on the show, the buff was later reissued to the public.

This above picture is just an example of a contestant with the buff. I'm always on the hunt for Survivor/Riddler items :)
