The Cell, Carl Rudolph Starghers torture tool

This is one of Carl Rudolph Stargher\'s (played by Vincent D\'Onofrio), seahorse theme torture tools he uses on Novak in the film THE CELL. This one is made of resin and painted gold by production as a prototype for the screen-used tools which differ slightly from this as the scissors in the film are made of metal and have more realistic scissor *blades on them. In the last two photos it shows what looks like was a small bit broken off of the smaller second finger loop which was done by production and painted over by them. Enjoy! NFS
