this Ring worn by "Canon" in the Season 3 ep Demons Device of unknown origin, similar in function to the Touchstone, yet capable of yielding quicker, more isolated results. It is effectively capable of summoning violent storms of energy and striking "lightening," or a similar form of energy, down on a specific group of subjects. Anyone within range is rendered immobile and unconscious for several hours.
