Planet of the Apes, CHIMP WARRIOR BATTLE HELMET PROP

This is a real POTA helmet. It was designed by Colleen Atwood the Academy Award winner in 2003 and 2006 for best costume design. It has great chain mail all around the neck and a faux snake skin trim.
This was used for filming. It shows scratches, and a few chips with a small crack above the right temple. The studio damage in no way affects its appearance for display. It truly is an awesome helmet.
