Super Mario Bros., Bullet Bill Cartridge

This "hero" Bullet Bill cartridge was handled by Bob Hoskins later in the film when Mario takes the cartridge from Luigi behind his back and places it in a Stomper Boot to fire at Koopa, just before the final battle.
