The Incredible Hulk, Bruce Banner Magnetic Handcuffs

Following his capture in Dr. Stern's lab, Bruce Banner is placed in these high-tech shackles for  transport away from the area in General Ross' chopper. 

 

Two piece machined aluminum crosspiece opens to capture each wrist in a leather-lined chain cuff.  Two iluminating activation LEDs on the front, controlled by a semi-concealed switch.
